Meet Raena Stibal

Raena Stibal is the creator of the Algorithm of You® (AOY®), a human development framework designed to help individuals understand the patterns, emotions, beliefs, and virtues that influence the way they experience life.

For more than two decades, Raena has worked with people around the world to uncover the hidden systems that drive behavior, decision-making, relationships, success, and personal fulfillment. Through her work, she has discovered that abundance is not simply about money, achievement, or external success—it is about alignment.

Her approach combines emotional awareness, virtue development, pattern recognition, and practical self-understanding to help people move from reaction to intention and from survival to creation.

Raena’s journey has been shaped by both personal and professional transformation. Having navigated significant life changes, business growth, health challenges, parenting, leadership, and reinvention, she understands that abundance is rarely created through force. Instead, it emerges when we learn to work with ourselves rather than against ourselves.

Through the Algorithm of You®, Raena teaches that every person operates through a unique internal algorithm, a combination of beliefs, emotional patterns, virtues, habits, and responses that influence what they attract, create, and sustain. About Abundance by Design

Abundance by Design was created to challenge the common belief that abundance is something we chase, earn, or achieve.

Instead, this workshop explores abundance as a state of alignment.

Participants will discover how their emotions influence receiving, how subconscious patterns impact opportunity, how virtues create sustainable prosperity, and how personal awareness becomes the foundation for lasting success.

This class is designed for individuals who want more than temporary motivation. It is for those who are ready to understand themselves at a deeper level, identify what has been limiting their growth, and intentionally create a life that reflects their true value.
